An active genealogist, I have been the Director of the Denver Family History Center in fulfillment of my Genealogical Mission for the Denver Stake, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. In addition, I completed a three-year Genealogical Mission for the Medieval Section of the Family History Library in Salt Lake and a second genealogical Project for the Family History Library and Brigham Young University. My university studies include George Washington University and the Catholic University of America and I have completed studies at Brigham Young University in Family History and History.
I have memberships in many genealogical societies, including the New England Historical and Genealogical Society, the National Genealogical Society among others. I am a longtime member of the The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, serving as State Chairman for a number of committees and, on the chapter level, in the positions of Regent, Vice Regent, Historian and Registrar. I am also a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the Colorado Association of Professional Genealogists, the Utah Genealogical Association, the Salt Lake Institute of Genealogy, and have memberships in the National Society of New England Women and also in the Sons and Daughters of America's First Families, and the Northumberland County Virginia Historical Society.
